Anyone know what the holdup is with the poserfusion plugs? SM says "coming soon" for about 3 weeks now! Hate paying for something I haven't gotten...annd zero word from the publisher...

I don't know what the holdup is either. Poserfusion that I have doesn't work in Max 2010 for some reason... an update would be great, SM!

PoserFusion for Cinema 4D and Lightwave have just been published. Refresh page if links do not appear.

My experience so far with C4D 12 and 13 64 bit plugins under Win 7 64 bit is immediate "not responding" and hard crash. All updates applied (system, video, Poser and Cinema). Tried loading a base V4.2 saved out with, then without external binary morphs.

But anyhoo, the plugins are there. Hope you better luck than me.

Hi gypsoid: the current updates posted for C4D only work with 9-11.5. It works great in my 11.5 but crashes in 12.

I just got word from Smith Micro this morning that the new poserfusion updates will be posted sometime this week. These should work with 11-13.

madriver thank you so much for this info! I'll run my 10.5 and 2010 for just a wee bit longer then. Saved me a bunch of time - appreciate.

Is poser fusion not going to be for C4D v10? Looks like it only supports v11 on up. Really a sad situation when program versions go out of date with lack of support so soon. some of us can't afford constant updates of ALL 3d programs.

Hi Pappy411: the poserfusion for 2010 should work for v10. Not sure if the 2012 poserfusion update will work for c4d 10/10.5 though.

Thank you madriver.  I am new to Poser Pro.  Prior to PP2012 I only used the Poser versions.  Is there a link available for the 2010 version of Poser fusion?

Yes. If you go here:

http://poser.smithmicro.com/poserfusion.html

and scroll down a few paragraphs, it should be there, along with all the other updates for all poser versions.

Not having much luck. found just Fusion 2012. Nothing about fusion 2010. I googled Poser Fusion 2010 but only found versions that required payments and appeared to be questionable web sites.

Sorry, I gave you the wrong url. Try this one:

I only had Poser 8 and not PP2010.  It appears I need to have a PP2010 serial number to download the Fusion 2010.  My PP2012 serial number is not accepted.

Thank you for your help.

Pappy
