LOL, Peter!  Yours reminds me of a quilt I once saw, called "Sick of Sunbonnet Sue".  It had Sunbonnet Sue meeting grisly ends.  My favorite was the silhouette of Sunbonnet Sue inside a snake.  (Sunbonnet Sue is a quilting pattern of  a little girl in a sunbonnet used ad nauseam in children's quilts.)

Very cool, Kim!  I love the shapes.

Here I rotated, sliced and diced, and put back together.  Then I added the Neon Glow and Plastic Wrap filters.

This is the center of the last one.  I like the textures and detail, and it's lost a bit in the resizing.

Here's another abstract.  Three diagonal strips side by side with the sketch filter Conte Crayon.

This one is diagonal strips, mirrored and then distorted with Polar Coordinates and textured with the burlap setting.

Photo modified with Postwork Shop 2.0, bromoils effect and with Photo Impact X3, animation lightning 1 effect.

The image is greatly reduced because of the excessive weight of the animation! :-)
