Subject: "sweaty skin" for Victoria 4?

I'm looking for a skin texture for Victoria 4 that basically looks "sweaty", as if she's been working out for the past hour or so. How might I achieve this? Is there a shader that might work? Or a texture overlay? Or even a full character texture, maybe using the V4 bodysuit.

Posting this in the Poser section too, just in case. Thanks in advance!

you should already have it  a wet txt comes with v4.1 or v4.2 called "!All_Natural_Wet"

I think the very best for wet and/or sweaty skin is Orcamaid.
