She looks familiar but I can't get the name. Sorry mate, ya stumped me.

She looks British, if that makes sense. I'm not sure it makes sense to me either ;).
Laurie
I thought exactly the same thing!
Maybe (if my own experience is any indication) it's that Brits who were kids in the 1960's or 70's are less likely than their American counterparts to have had their teeth braced into perfection at a young age, so if they're at all self-conscious, they learn to smile with a firmly closed mouth, and the habit carries well into adulthood, long after they have veneered their teeth into straight and sparkly wonders?
Then again, maybe I just partly recognize her.

No, we're just a bunch of miserable bastards. BTW, don't believe the guff about us being polite, either. We're not.

Quote - She was in the audience of the 2010 Nobel Prize Concert and the camera went on her a number of times.
Gotta be a Queen, Princess, or something, wouldn't you think?
Ah ha!!!
Prince Edward's wife, Sophie?
EDIT: Nope, not her http://media.meltyfashion.fr/kate-middleton-prince-william-mariage-princier-image-464597-article-ajust_650.jpg
