Hi i have just tried to use my coupan on a product that is not part of any deal and its telling me it has expired or not vallied it expires on 31st of the 1st 2012 thanks in advance lou x

 

 

 ps i tride coupan and gift cert.

Hello,

The code for Render Rewards needs to be entered in the "gift certificate" box as it is a gift certificate, not a coupon.

Please be sure to click the "apply" button after it is entered in the correct box to be sure the Render Rewards gets applied to the order correctly.

This gift voucher still does not work is anything going to be done or am i going to loose it?

Kristi is going to contact you tomorrow during our normal business hours to help you figure out what is happening when you are using your render rewards during checkout. We've both tested this code and it is working properly on our end but she will help you get this resolved:)
