Don't think so unless COLLADA can do it.
However this tutorial may help you understand the process better.
Phantom3D has a nice rigging tutorial video...

Hi to all,
I need your precious assistance to solve a problem of mine.
Short question: "how can I import into Poser a poseable 3DS Max character, keeping it poseable?"
Long question:
I have found a free 3DS Max humanoid character, complete with textures and rigging. I'd like to use it in Poser.
I know absolutely NOTHING about 3DS Max 2010 (I don't own it) but I have legal access to it through a friend.
I've tried "basic" export of the model to 3DS, DAE and OBJ formats, followed by import into Poser, but obviously I receive only a static mesh.
Is there a way to export the bones so I can pose the model?
Thank you in advance for your help!
