Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 19 10:45 am)
Looks like a limitation of the mesh to me. Try adjusting the pose by moving the shoulders to accommodate a smaller amount of twist on the upper arm.
That's a tiny render, btw.
Why the censor dots? You can post nude images, so long as you tick the advisory box when you post.
Coppula eam se non posit acceptera jocularum.
Just trying to get the pose right and I didn't want to wait for a large render... just wanted to peek. And I thought maybe no censor would open this thread to more comments. I don't need her boobies staring back at me everytime I open this thread. :)
I'm trying to copy a human pose so it's a little frustrating when V4 gets lumpy but my human refrerence isn't! :)
Who honors those we love for the very life we live?, Who sends monsters to kill us?, and at the same time sings that we will never die., Who teaches us whats real?, and how to laugh at lies?, Who decides why we live and what we'll die to defend?, Who chains us?, and Who holds the key that can set us free... It's You!, You have all the weapons you need., Now Fight!

You could always try Nerd's free V4 weight-map injector to see if it makes any difference. When you pull up the tool, choose the "Create" tab. When it's on Smooth, use a strength of 0.1 or higher, and when it's on anything else, you probably want it to be about a tenth as strong as your smoothing. Having it work from the surface (default setting) rather than the screen is generally the best solution. Don't worry about mistakes, because you can always zero the morph you've made entirely or use the tool on Restore to incrementally erase what you've done. If you start using it to fix anatomy, try to find a reference or two first, just because it's much easier when you have a clear idea of what you want the surface to do.
TheeDuckee:
I upgraded P5 to P6 to P7 to PP to P8 to PP2010 to PP2012, and I have never had a corrupted or messed up runtime. Actually, in later versions of Poser, I just left the runtimes intact and added them as external runtimes. I hope you can afford to take the leap.
