check the shaders tab to see if there is any kind of blue
and add a light that is not blue and see if its still there.

If by "shaders tab" you mean Shader Mixer & Shader Builder under Windows>Tab the best I can tell the color chosen is the default 255 255 255 which is just white.
Or do you mean Shader Surface? Because all I see there are the Genesis clothes & props originally included with DS4 and some lights, but no indication that blue is chosen as a light color for any of them.

I'm not sure this bluish sheen or color cast is coming from V4's hair(Cindy Short Hair and Rainbow add-on pack from DAZ Studios I believe or is reflected from the environment.
I'm using "Hollywood Blvd as my working space within DS4 Advanced, and here's the kicker, NOT USING any lights.
I'm using a kind of darker or dirty blonde hair mat with this Cindy Short Hair package and scratching my head why blue is showing up in her hair.
Oh, and one more thing, today when using DAZ's Wet Skin Shader many of the water beads were picking up reflected blue lights. How is that happenimng when I'm using no lights(yet) and my Vicky is not wearing any clothes with blue or cyan in them at all?
