I have two questions one is so simple that I am amazed that I cannot figure it out.

1.  You load a poser scene in Carrara and then click on 3 point lighting...and it gives you a picture of two rocks....huh?  Does this mean the three point lighting has already been applied to the scene and where is it and how can you control it...

2.  The other is when I create a poser scene with V4 and put her in an outfit and import it into Carrara her clothes are strewn all around the scene...she cant keep her clothes on....how do I keep the clothes on her?

1 - I couldnt understand what is happen... could you post some screen shot?

2 - When cloths get unconrformed, simple select the cloth and in the side bar conform it to Vic as in Poser.

But why you add cçloths  and a simple Vic in Poser them save to open in Carrara since you can do all this right inside Carrara?

The answer to your first question is this:-

When you select the "3 point lighting" preset your are essentially opening a scene file. With this in mind it is better to open the "3 point lighting" preset first then delete the two rocks (theses are just for display purposes). Once you have deleted the rocks then import the object or objects you want to use from poser via the "Content" tab.

I also agree with what GKDantas says. It is easier to load the naked model into Carrara then cloth directly within carrara via "Content" tab

Thank you both will try these samples and report.

Try to import light setups from Poser. Carrara allow this a long time now, but you cant see them in Browser. It will open without cameras.

Use File / Import option in the menu.
