Perhaps this might be the right spot for this .

I attempted to pull an item from my wish list (Panzer IV Poser & Obj by Rpublishing), and received a message indicating that I had already purchased the item and would not let me buy it again. 

Checking my purchase history I did find on 04-03-08 my purchase of (Pz. Kpfw.IV Ausf. F2---(pzivf2obj411o8.zip)

I'm guessing this item was updated from the lwo file I purchased back then for several dollars more than the current price of the item which now includes poser ready files and more textures.

How do I go about getting the current item? Must I purchase it again?

If you go back into the original purchase and download it again the updates will be available.

I did go back to my original purchase and attempted to download it again, unfortunately I experienced download problems on my end (my downloads kept stalling out and I needed to retry a couple of times). I received a message indicating that my download I had reached my download limit and could not retry.

Unfortunately I live in a rural area and the fast and consistantly more reliable ISP are not available here. every few months I need them to come out here and make adjustments.

Can my download limit be reset? I have called my ISP provider and they usually respond with a service call within 1-2 days. If I can get a reset, I won't attempt another download until they check things out.

Thanks for the reset TinaK.

I had the folks out from my ISP yesterday and they installed a  new receiving unit on my end, so I downloaded my the reset successfully.

The file I received...(pzivf2obj 41108.zip) is the same file as the one I have. It has an obj. file, mtl. file, jpg files for tex, readme, and license.

It does not have the options mentioned in the ad for the Panzer IV Poser & ObJ as described, ie. various textures, design modifications, etc.  I am just guessing this has been updated or something from the file that is on record for my purchase. Would there be some way for me to get the current file?
