in my order #112124552 the download still is pending even though it is paid. Is there any other action that i should have completed in order to procced with the file download?

Your downloads have now been activated.

 

To download your products, you will go to 'My Account' under the 'Members' option, then select the order number to access your download. 

 

Future purchases will be available for immediate download after payment has been recieved.
