Paid for Instant Hair from Ilona but zip files are empty, how do I resolve this problem.?

Hi Kym,

Could you give me the order number you are having trouble with?  I see your last order but I am not sure which one in particular you are referring to.

I am so sorry for the trouble, I ended up opening the zips and viewing in another programme and there they were, can not believe how stupid I was..please accept my appolagy for this..
