Tara, Christo, Helle, Clive and Ronny, I'm impressed by your uploads, such splendid ones. So artistic looking too.

A big 'AAH' for that one colorful drop, and what a great idea to make a photo of that big painterfamily!!!

Greetings to all, Mies/Jacomina :)

Terrific shots, everybody!  What a great challenge this is turning out to be!

As Snaggle puss used to say, heavens to mergatroid, a wall even, so I guess it is even even LOL!  Great textures in there auntie.

auntietk ( ) posted Wed, 12 September 2012 at 10:30 PM

Thanks, Ronnie!  I figured if anyone asked me if it was odd or even, I'd say "yes."  :P  Too tired from building the damned thing to count the bricks!  LOL!

dochtersions ( ) posted Thu, 13 September 2012 at 12:24 PM

So very sweet and beautiful shoes your daughter wears, Christo. Also a great idea to post them here.

@ Tara, your wall is made by 'profesionals', for sure!
I bet you both 'can't see' any stones for a while now ;-).

auntietk ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 12:10 AM

@ Ronnie & Jacomina ...  No kidding!  I'm tired!  The wall is done now, and we've started putting down topsoil.  It's been a fun project, but lots of work.  I am thankful every day that the campground has a hottub!  :P

Yes, I can imagine that, my friend!
Here we rebuilt our house with our own hands. Abort old stables, cleaning all the bricks, build again. Because there was no bathroom, no toilet in the house then.

I don't know what is a hottub, but I think this is food. ;-)
And I hope this hottub, gives you new energy !!!

Adobe_One_Kenobi ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 8:32 AM · edited Fri, 14 September 2012 at 8:32 AM

Mies a hottub is a loose expresion for a Jacuzzi my friend a bath tub if you like.

dochtersions ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 9:48 AM

LOL, Ronnie.....Thank you for explaining me.

That indeed is something entirely different.
Provided, you could drink the water from the bath.

Adobe_One_Kenobi ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 9:49 AM · edited Fri, 14 September 2012 at 9:50 AM

Hehe! well if you take a tea bag in with you, then you can drink :)

helanker ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 10:15 AM

AHAAHAHA!

Yes, I am looking but hadnt time or energy for much more these days, guys. Sorry :)

But I admire all the wonderful photos i see. :)

Adobe_One_Kenobi ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 10:17 AM

Well at least you popped in Helle :)

auntietk ( ) posted Fri, 14 September 2012 at 9:22 PM

Hot tub IS like a jacuzzi ... the terms seem to be interchangeable.  I wouldn't drink the water, though!  It's got chlorine in it, just like a swimming pool would.  The water is about 102F, and you can have the water jets on (which makes it a jacuzzi) or off (which makes it a hot tub.)

No food involved!  :P

Very relaxing for sore muscles.  :)
