Subject: POSER 9 error that just wont go ....

Poser 9 on my MAC pro ..

The Flash inside Poser 9 is just bad.. mouse pointer flickers like hell making clicking things a no no.

And when i try to select something the menue just goes black ..as in the image ..

 

Well because Sith Micro did away with its suport forums .i ask here

Anybody "SM people"  KNOWS how to fix this ? i have all latest P9 files installed etc etc..

You keep flash updated? If you were on windows I'd say keep it updated in Internet Explorer...lol. But I'm stumped with a Mac. The only Apple thing I've got is an ipad ;)

SM got rid of a redundant money sucking hole, not a support forum.

This is a much more active forum. The official Poser forum for support is not here though - it is at RDNA.

There is a link on that page that says:

The use of the word Official probably has some semantic value, although less than I thought apparently.

With regard to your specific issue, a forum post is one way, but not the best. SM actually used the money they saved on the forum to pay for actual humans who have to help you, not just when they feel like it.

If searching that reveals nothing relevant, you can open a support ticket and they will either know the answer already or they will talk to you. Probably John Csaky (aka ratscloset here at Rendo) will handle your case.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

that would be a really distressing problem. I certainly have not seen that one on my mac.

Maybe try reinstall?

yeah its not cool at all ..poser 7,8 Pro2010 etc have no such problem its just P9 that is funked up

I checked RDNA forums..but helpful repleys there are as common as snow in Egypte.

So ill be waiting here ..or submit a tickit to SithMicro

I stuck with snowleopard because the old daz installers will stop working if I upgrade.  Once i get around to installing the millions of content that I have, then I will upgrade to the latest OS.  I know I have a laptop and could leave that on snowleopard, but I am so lazy.

well I would try the complete reinstall first off.
