Subject: how to copy left to right for multiple frames?

Poser offers a simple way to copy left arm symmetrically to the right for a single frame, which is great, but how do I do this for multiple frames?

does anyone know of a way to do this? is there a script for this?

Also if I have a walk animation for example is there a way to copy the first step to the second by symmetrically for the entire body?

any help would be much appreciated

BVH Helper has the option to copy left to right or right to left for all frames.

yes I checked this out today, a few questions

  1. for all frames only, not a range of frames? I don't usually do animations in isolation I often have several things going on

  2. does it supports offsets? so if you have a walk copy left to right and then offset it by half of the frames of the cycle, I need to use this a lot?

  3. does it support IK, no IK legs & arms?

thanks

For offsets and ranges you'll need to isolate that section of the animation, perform the scripted task, then add it back in.

Save the required pose to the pose library using the desired frame range, save scene.
New scene, new figure, apply the saved pose, apply the script, save new pose to the library.
Reload the original scene and apply the new pose at the desired frame. First drag frames to the right of the insertion point to the right to give space for the inserted pose. Apply spline breaks as required.

IK's on/off will make no difference.
