Heya, I don't know if this will help but someone can try it. If the clothes are actually being reposed than the best solution is probably the one mysticwinter suggested. There is a possiblity that the clothes only appear to be moving. Er, well sort of. I don't know exactly why it happens other than it has something - I think - to do with IK, but anyhow, I have experienced situations where I have applied a pose to a conforming object or even another figure that happens to be parented to another figure and have one (or more of my other figures in the scene) seemingly affected or moved by the pose. However, if I do a screen refresh or say use the animation frame control to move the scene forward and then back a frame the figure(s) affected will immediately resume their correct pose. It may be that this is all that is happening when you apply the mat file and that upon rendering or refreshing the screen the scene will right itself. Just a thought.
