Anyone having trouble logging into e-on? 

Or is anyone logging on to e-on successfully?

I have been trying for days and always get the "server not available" timeout.

Normally wouldn't be a big deal but my maintenance plan has been ticking down and I have to renew soon.

Not that this will help you, but I have no problems getting to their site and into my account. Just tried it. I am in Canada.

When your maintenance plan runs out you usually get an email with a direct renewal link. Did you get that one, if yes you could try that link.

Replying to that link was the first thing I tried. I seemed to remember something like this happening last year and I just went directly to the sight and logged in, which hasn't worked either.

Thanks for the feedback. Currently I'm in Australia and won't be back in the States until after my plan runs out next week.

For those who collect weird information:

The result was rather than type in the address into my browser or hit the link in the mail, I googled e-on and clicked on one of the links there.

The immediate difference is it recognized me and was a secure connection which didn't happen before. After that renewing was SOP.

Just in case it happens to someone else.

http://www.e-onsoftware.com/ is the actual site.  "-" is needed.

That's where I was navigating but the page would freeze in the middle of loading and timeout. The page looked as official as the official page but now, I go there doesn't seem to be an issue with it loading. So, another mystery.

But one no one need worry about.
