And what the heck?  Why is there no notice that it may take a significant amount of time now to access purchase?  I'd not have bothered today if I would have known it was going to have to be verified and all that first.

Well that order did go through - I'm not sure exactly how long it took as I restarted my computer and did some other stuff during the wait.

However, now I have another order 112298336 that is now doing the same thing.  Says unpaid, but it shows paid at paypal.
