Does anyone know of an Alyson2 clothing freebie anywhere for download? I can't find anything here or on ShareCG. I need something that has NO Anastasia morphs so that I can test a conversion idea.

It looks as if there should be a bra and pantie set, but it seems to be missing from my runtime unfortunately!
(Possibly I didn't download all the content as my broadband was borked at the time I bought PP2012)

Ya might try EClark's freebies too. He does a lot for the Poser figures and Miki.

Thanks - where would I find them? I looked in the freestuff here, but everything seemed to be for Anastasia, so no good for my experiment.

I have a hooded onesie kicking about, that I managed to rig (okay-ish) for Alyson2, modelled and rigged using Lyrra's Alyson2 developer kit as a starting point.

Pretty sure I have retained a version without any attempts made to add Anastasia morphs.

Not yet really finished, but it might serve for an experiment :)

If you're still stuck later, I could send you that... I would hopefully get a chance later tonight to dig it out... as I say, pretty sure I have a version without any Ana morphs added.

I was going to make it a freebie at some point down the line if I ever finish it. Maybe with the new Fitting Room I will! I'll definitely be having a go at fitting it to Rex, Roxie and whoever else myself, come the 21st! :)

You could possibly, quite easily remove the Ana morphs from another freebie piece, for the sake of the experiment? Just make a copy and then delete the applicable morph channels perhaps?

Not in front of Poser till later... so can't check the SM content runtime for any bundled clothing... or its whereabouts...

Have you tried using Wardrobe Wizard to convert clothing made for other figures to fit Alyson? Wardrobe Wizard and the Alyson support files are included in Poser.

Any item of clothing made for Alyson2 that doesn't have Anastasia morphs. I just need an item I can use to test a conversion from Alyson2 to Anastasia so anything will do, just to see if it works. I just don't seem to be able to find anything I can use to test.

@PhilC - thing is, I don't know whether using something that's already been converted from another figure might affect my conversion test. I'd rather start with something I know is made for Alyson2, instead of converting something first and then converting it again.

Well my plan was to try making some improvements to my clothes conversions. (XD is my weapon of choice - nothing against WW, I've just been using XD for years, so it's what I know well). So far all my little improvements seem to be working quite well. I thought I could try and extend my improvements with other figures into converting clothes to Anastasia. To start off with I wanted to try converting just from Alyson2 to Anastasia to see if that worked. Then move on to converting already converted clothing. Yup, thanks. But I don't seem to have it. I suspect I never downloaded it.

I dont have poser open right now.. but I think some of allison2s included clothing is in the props folder even though they are figures... they are also possibly lumped in with allisons clothing just to make it more difficult...

I think there is one allison 2 cr2 that loads with bra panty and hair already on.

@meatSim - The "clothed" version of Alyson2 doesn't have the clothes either. Poser can't find them. I think I just never downloaded the clothing files as my broadband wasn't working properly at the time.

In my old Poser 8 runtime I have a lot of clothing for Alyson 1, including all of P6 Jessi's wardrobe converted for her (I believe that came with a content update for Poser 8).

I think Alyson 2 is almost entirely dependent on hand-me-downs, the poor girl.

I do have PhilC's basic clothing and obj2cr2 so I could knock out a simple freebie for Alyson2 fairly quickly if needed. Let me know if the onesie doesn't work for you.

Hmmm... whoops, sorry. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I've kept a version that hasn't been fed through Wardrobe Wizard in order to add the various morphs (including GNDA).

So looks like my onesie is a dud for your test, as is Toastie...sorry :(

I don't think I'll have time to redo the cr2 without morphs tonight, probably not this week... although I will in due course re-rig it, so I can play with it in the new Fitting Room... or as part of that.

You do know, of course, that Anastasia is a morph of Alyson2, so if you use Wardrobe Wizard, you might be able to make Anastasia's clothes fit her.

No worries. I think I might just ditch this idea anyway. Ana can just stick to wearing dynamic stuff :)

Well, I made a start on preparing a new blank rigged version of the onesie last night... as I'll need that for my own experimentation with the Fitting Room, in due course ;)

Not got a lotta time just now... but I'll hopefully get it done for later in the week, or so...

Obviously I had tried previously myself to put the Ana morphs into the onesie using Wardrobe Wizard.

I get great results with WW most of the time, but with the Ana morphs going into the onesie, I just wasn't really feeling satisfied with the result... I guess because I had spent time with the mesh in the modeller already, I was ultra aware of where the automated fit wasn't coming out as gracefully as if I manually fitted it...

...so I'd decided to go back and try manually fitting it to Ana, in Hexagon.

However, I'm now going to give the Fitting Room a try, once I get my hands on it... :)

If you wouldn't mind - thanks! I only want to try out a conversion, so I'm not going to use any items for renders and will delete once I've done my tests.

I did try converting some simple clothing with WW and then converting to Ana, but the results weren't good. I think that's because my efforts with WW weren't good though. That's why I wanted to try something made for Alyson2 first.
