Snarlygribbly's Scenefixer (free) creates delta INJ/REM files That utilize channels in the figure (eg, the Daz community channels in V4), you will be presented with a choice of channels that are available in the interface...

You can also do some rather simple text editing and create PMD INJ files which do not require the use of these channels but requires that you do some file hacking and have the big bad bogey of "Use External Binary Morph Targets" enabled in preferences in order to generate a .pmd file (this is only necessary during the creation process of the INJ, end use need not have UEBMT enabled). Nerd3D has a tutorial on this...

Either of these methods works fine for personal use, if you intend redistribution of proprietary morph data derivatives things become more complicated as you do not want to violate intellectual properties or licence laws.

...another option is to simply create a morph pose .pz2 from your character. This pose when applied to another copy of the figure with the same morphs available as dials just spins those dials to match the values, eg_ You create a character from morphs++ (or whatever) save this as a pose file with the include morph channels option, open another v4 loaded with morphs++ and apply the pose. The pose will simply spin the dials that comprised your character to the appropriate values.

Poser File Editor can do it, but it is a little complicated. Are you working with dialed morphs or custom morphs?
