Hi everyone!😄 Here is my new work, still under study to apply textures. It's a small scene in 3D to pose your characters from DAZ. Any suggestion is welcome, as it has not finished the setting for textures, which can be different. I was thinking of entering an old chair scaled to Victoria 4 and Mavka. I needed a proper name for this freebie. In Portuguese to English translator, I put as "photo Studio", but I believe that is not right, any suggestions please? This will be a freebie "Unrestricted use". Participate with me! 😄 Regards!😄

It looks like a "diorama"

gendragon ( ) posted Sat, 31 August 2013 at 4:10 PM

I liked the "diorama".
It's exactly what I intend to do!
Thanks for participating!:D

You should post some stuff in the Modeling forum.  I'm sure many people would be interested to know your techniques behind these models.  For example, do you voxel sculpt them in something like Zbrush or 3Dcoat, then retopologize and use displacement mapping, or do you use another kind of technique?  Things like that.  I had an idea to model one of these types of diorama environments myself, and have a few ideas on how to approach it, so it could make for an interesting technical discussion.

Hi LuxXeon!
Good idea!
I usually create my models with Cinema 4D, apply some details in ZBrush and finalize the texture with displacement maps in Sculptris.
Regards!

**Hi everyone!** Here are the final images of my new work titled "Diorama", suggested by colleague (3doutlaw), this community. Thank you for participating! : D The model was initially designed in Cinema 4D, then gave the start of the first details on Sculptris, free software offered by Pixologic ®. Then I added more details and to simulate Fibermesh grams in professional application, ZBrush 4R6, and finally back to the final textures Sculptris with displacement maps applied. The "**Diorama**" will be released later this week as "**Unrestricted use**" for all users of this Community must!

Every scene is complete with 1 chair with padding, 1 seat, 3 varieties of flowers, grass and a main camera. Does not include lights or poses for characters!
The Diorama, chairs etc, is scaled to Victoria 4 of genesis.

Hugs to all and see you later!

Very good work.  I really like that tree stump, and the way you laid out the roots.  Good job on the textures as well.  I'm sure this will be a very successful freebie item.

Your work is fabulous! I have just visited your gallery, congratulations!
Used very 3DSMax until version 3. How could not purchase an upgrade, I learned to work with Cinema 4D that I received as a prize in a contest in 2007 here!

Olá Padinha!

Seja bem-vinda!
Fico feliz que tenha gostado dos meus trabalhos! :D

Eu também tenho vontade de aprender a modelar roupas, logo agora que aprendi a criar morphs para personagens de Genesis para DAZ Studio. :)

Hello Padinha!

Welcome back!
Glad you enjoyed my work! : D

I also have a desire to learn to model clothes, just when I learned to create morphs for Genesis characters for DAZ Studio. :)

Thank you.  Cinema4D is a robust package, and I know some people who use it with great success as well.  Your excellent models speak well to what it is capable of.  I was able to get 3dsmax 2012 with my student license, and never looked back.  It's an amazing application.

PS:  Congratulations on this excellent product.  I'm sure it will be a huge success, and used heavily in renders.
