Hey hey!

There's some very strange thing happening, the freestuff section doesnt seem to be updated since friday.

But on my product page I get to see my latest freebies.

Bizarre

I uploaded two free items over the weekend, but got a response that they were corrupt and so I re-uploaded them. They haven't shown up though.

Has also 2 items uploaded over the weekend...but go not online..

there is only one new freebie up, but mine still don't show.

But I did get several sitemails of artistletting me know that they can't download my ScreamHair addons, they do show up on the productpage but not in the official freestuff section.

Can we get technical support on this issue?

I try to upload the freebies again later, but Im not sure that give "ghost" freebies again.

Yeah, I uploaded Sunday night and got a notice that it'd been approved -- but it's not showing up on either the main page or My Freestuff. And I don't wanna re-upload at random....

been this way for days. and no word about any problems as far as I can see

maybe, it is a conspiracy (like DAZ3D), to kill all the freestuff makers because in itself it makes them no money?

whatever the real reason - it needs fixing !!!

I get on both freebies the message, that I get email, if it approved..but not email and not approved.

I visit the store from Biscuits and my own, go to the freestuff, but  I can´t shown new freestuff.

It´s very strange..

The issue has now been corrected.  

The newest freestuff item I see is from OCT 4th (Dawn Nail Materials using PP2014 Material Room). I did a full refresh and it's still the same.

Same here. I don't think it is working correctly yet.

The last freebie, I see is from OCT 7th "Ghastly's Belted Outfit (genesis 1)", but these I see sice 2 days.

But not new items...hm, no, this works not correctly.

The re-upload from my hair addon freebie turned "ghost" aswell.

Now i have 3 freebie addons linked to my product and none does work.

I don't dare to upload more now. lol

Has anyone sitemailed one of the admins about this? Maybe someone is out of the office and approvals are backlogged or something.

A Glimpse of Asia for Shimmery Dawn - Silver Dress" is the newest one I see, too.

Addressing all the queries re: freestuff limbo...there was a glitch in Freestuff Pending which has now been fixed and all members who uploaded between Oct 3 and Oct 8  will have to upload those items again. I've been advised that Tina will be writing to all with items stuck in that limbo about this but if you are one you might consider uploading the item again. Sorry bout this and I should have posted sooner but have been gigging(I play music in real life)and spaced this forum out.

Yes, I have reupload my both items to, get site mail from admin.

The freebies was deleted from system.

the counter is still not working though

looks like the freestuff could be broken again - it is stuck on the 28th - keep your eyes on it !

and the counter is STILL stuck and has been since the original problem occurred.
