I have reset your downloads and if you still have problems please try and contact the vendor for support. It could be that the file is too large and may need to be split into two files.
We have had this problem with some of the files and we are trying to find a common denominator so would you mind me asking which internet provider you are currently using?
Please let me know if the vendor is not able to supply you with the help you need.

I still can't get it to download. :(
I think the size is the problem. I thought there was a limit of 50 MB for each of the five allowed files. On this product, there is one zip file that's supposed to be 78.55 MB.
I don't really see where it could be my iSP, because my three other products from the same order downloaded just fine. On this one, I've tried in Firefox, Chrome, and even the hated IE. I described the method above. However, the ISP in question is Cable One. http://www.cableone.net
I'll contact the vendor. Let's hope this one answers. :(
Quote - I will split the files, this was the first product I made available on Renderosity, and it allowed the larger size. It might take the product offline while they re-check it though. I'll contact you via your email for other options. Sorry about that!

I just ordered 3DFiends' Bunker in order 112407206.

I can't seem to get a valid zip file, though. I even deleted the bad files, cleared the caches, emptied the recycler, restarted the computer, and switched browsers. Still invalid. Now, I've exceeded the download attempts. Can I please get a reset to try again? Thanks.
