Two of my purchases from the Marketplace (Total Hair Complete & Update and UltraSalon Hair)have been lost due to serious PC problems. I have got a new PC now but I still can't download. I still have a download button for the UltraSalon Hair(thanks to Mehndi for organising that for me), but I see that the item has now been deleted from the store. Jenifer Keeling kindly reset my download button a few days ago for the Total Hair but thanks to a bad connection and my own impatience I no longer have a download button Would it be possible to have my download button reset for The Total hair and update. and is there any way I could get hold of the Ultra Salon hair? These can be e-mailed to me at amhill@tuesday3d.fsnet.co.uk if that is easier I really miss having these files, I never even got to open the Ultra Salon hair before I lost it :o( so I really hope that someone can help Thanks
