Subject: look at this image for bump image problem

here a bump or displacement image ,RGB40,40,40,

a is "what"?is a the positive bump and max bump or displacement and max displacement?I change sacle 1.5

b is "what",is b the negative bump and min bump or displacement and max displacement? I change sacle -0.12

how to let the hand ,chest ,foot and so on body part can be reaility bump or displacement?

There should be separate bump/displacement maps for the various regions of the figure.

The bump is just one part of rendering realistic skin.

I'm still not exactly sure what your asking?

Is this your own bump map? You may be breaching someones copyright placing the image here at full size.

Bump maps only create an illusion of height and on a figure.

Displacement and Normal maps will alter the actual mesh.

A skin bump add visual noise and the imperfections to skin that make it appear more realistic.

 

I'm still not sure what your trying to do?

You may find several of these answers in any of the many tutorials or even some of the old wiki information sites for Studio.  I would suggest reading up on as much as you can before going too far into the program.
