Please reset my order 112448563.

Owing to slow internet performance I was unable to succesfully download the item, and have now exceeded the maxumum number of downloads.

Hi,

The reset does not appear to have worked. When i try to download the item I still get he following message:-

"You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product"

Umm that's strange.  I have reset them again for you.

If you continue to get this issue please let me know if it is on one specific product.
