I try do material like pic

but not

skin material is not

nipple is not

what bump of nipple and skin is ?

that bump is diffult

I creat a plane, then adv materail ,then bump add "clouds"

but not the same with pic

V4 base doesn't include a nipple morph.  It is included in the Morphs++ package.

Here is a free nipple morph for V4...

Also, if you want to make the skin appear wet, it can be done with EZSkin if you are using Poser 9 or higher.  It is a free download; make sure you get the files in the first post and the update in the last post here...

Wet skin will be in the FX tab after you set it up...

That's not a render. It's a refernce pic the OP was trying to emulate.
