it says 5/30 and 5/31 last day ..but none of the 199 items are on sale..they go in at full price

The SAV VOM sale is supposed to be the ENTIRE STORE at 50% off until 11:59pm Saturday May 31st.  Am attaching a screenshot of the advertisement to show what it says.

I had items in my cart that were the sale price last night (Friday), and then this morning when I went to my cart, they were all at full price.

What is going on???  The sale isn't supposed to be over and I can't get anyone to answer my sitemail.  I wanted the items while they were on sale because I can't afford them otherwise. The store needs to fix this and give us an extra day to make up for cutting the sale off early.

Also a wishlist item of mine (PROM DRESS) allegedly went on sale so I got an email about it, but when I came to the store to check it, it's not on sale, it's also still showing full price.

The Throwback thursday sale ended at noon today (11.:59am) as stated in the broadcast and front page article.

 

The 3 or 4 items that SAV had in that Throwback sale got set back to regular price when the Throwback sale went off but we are fixing that now and will extend SAV's VOM sale until noon tomorrow so that gives customers more time if they wanted those items:)

This is the link to the front page article that gives the sale details, It was originally Thursday and Friday (29th and 30th) only but we extended it include another 12 hours so instead of ending at midnight on Friday, it ended at noon today.

SAV stuff wasn't part of any throwback thursday sale, hers was totally different of that.   Thursday throwback is irrelevent to the advertised VOM sale.

 Hers was a VOM sale that wasn't supposed to end until 11:59pm Saturday May 31st.  However the store ended it a day early, so they need to give that day back to the customers who came here expecting the VOM sale to still be in full swing til midnight and it wasn't.

Also, I got an email from the store tellling me PROM DRESS from my wishlist was on sale as well, but when I got here, it was also showing at full price.  Something happened with your store that made things not be on sale that were supposed to be and you need to give us back that day of the VOM sale you ended early and other alledged sale items that were not priced as sale.

 Crazy, and to think I spend money here.

StudioArtVartanian had some of her items listed in the Thursday Throwback Sale. When that sale ended it removed the sale prices from the items that were by StudioArtVartanian. But we did extend that sale through noon on Sunday to make up the time on those items. :) 

 

Prom Queen by supernova was on sale thoughout the month of May. If you could give me exact dates by sending an email to store@renderosity.com I can check to see what day you received that notice if you forward it to me? And be sure it was on sale that day?  

Well, unfortunately since the SAV VOM sale was cut off, and no one bothered to answer my sitemails, I just blew this place off and didn't come back til Sunday afternoon around 3pm.  I was (and still am) very angry for the lack of customer service and the attitude that 'oh well, we just gave you a couple hours sunday morning'.

The sale gets cut off almost a day early because someone dropped the ball on your end by stopping the throwback thursday sale and not making sure the SAV VOM store items were still on sale.   I used to be a store admin somewhere else.  When you have overlapping sales with items from one vendor in both sales, you have to make sure when one sale ends that the items are still marked 'sale' when the other sale is still in progress!!  That's the stores fault, and is bad for customers who come here and find things that are advertised sale items not on sale and you can't find anyone to help you.  Then I find out 3 hours too late on Sunday afternoon, that the store sneaked a few hours of the sale back in, but you had to be here before noon on a Sunday morning!  Really, who even knew about it???

I never got an email notice that the VOM sale was on again for Sunday.  Where did you announce it? I don't ever go to forums here.  I only came here and searched for a customer help forum out of desperation on Saturday to find out why the sale ended and no one was answering my site mails.  In fact, it's Monday afternoon, and my sent sitemails are still marked UNREAD.  Pathetic customer service.

Am attaching the email announcement I got for the wishlist item (with my email addy blacked out), however I am no longer interested in it since I came here and it wasn't on sale and no one was available to help me. But if you needed proof that I got it, here it is.  It came at 5:08am on May 31st, and when I checked email about 11am, I came here and it wasn't on sale at all.

I checked off and on all the rest of Saturday and Saturday night waiting for someone to answer me or help me and no one did, so just forget it now.

That's really poor customer service when no one responds to he customer, especially when you see "Online Now" by the admin name in the forum, so you know they're online, why aren't they helping?
