ensure that your financial information is not being used fradulently.
In the ordering process, it is stated that it could take up to 24 hours if you are a first
time buyer, however it rarely ever takes that long, especially if it's during normal
business hours. After you've made your first purchase, your downloads are available
immediately.

Hi,
The method of payment that was chosen for this order is "PayPal". If you have a
"PayPal" account, you can manually go into your order and hit the "PayPal" button to
pay. If not, the easiest way to correct this is for me to delete the order and you can
re-order and choose the method of payment in which you would like to pay. Please
let me know how you would like to proceed.

I am really aggrevated. I cannot download my purchase. They take my money but I cannot get my product! This is VERY unprofessional and not a good way to treat new customers. If you want repeat business this is not the way to go about it!
