I love your website...  A while back you had set up a site structure that was great and I could find the products that I want but then you destroyed that and refuse to replace it and the result is I'm not going to buy any products from you.

It use to be that if I wanted to find a new character skin for V6 or M6, I could come to your page and find all the new releases.. I even book marked the pages so I could see what artist had come out with a new skin.  Things were going along fine and then you changed everything and now I can't find anything without wasting hours sifting through tons of stuff I have no interest in...

When are you going to fix this issue if ever?  I'd like to see what's new for V6 but your site doesn't make that possible.. I'd like to see if you have anything new for Vue.. can't find a thing..   Clearly you don't want my business because I've posted on this topic before and got zero response.

I'm very sorry you are having trouble with our site however you can still search the "what's new" very easily and also by subject.

You just need to follow these steps:

Click on the "MarketPlace" tab, go to "What's new" and it will pull up what's new. To search a specific category:

Click on the "MarketPlace" tab, go to "What's new" and enter "Vue", "V6", etc in the search box. This will pull up what's new in that category:)

Thanks for take the time to reply to me... Your general searches are messy and useless to me becaues it leaves me sifting through hundreds of products that I don't want to see... before... You guys had a filing hierarchy where I could bring up just v6 or m6 character skins or just poses or just clothing.. now its all lumped into one broad search.. before I could bring up just 2d picture assets that were png.. Why you guys ever got rid of your filing system, I'll never know but I don't want to spend hours sifting through products in general catagory searches and thats why I haven't bought a thing from you guys since you got rid of the filing system and probably won't by anything from you guys ever again...

You had a perfect great system and they got rid of it... that was really silly and the only reason I'm even bothering to tell you about it is because at one stage, I really did love this page and enjoyed checking it to see what new things were coming out.. now its just like searching giant trash bins with everything lumped together.. not cool.

Take care and I hope that someday you guys decide to restore a filing system that separates the skins from the poses from the clothing... you had it right in the past.

I just wanted you to know why a former customer wasn't wasting time shopping on this page.  I want to see the products I want and not just broad searches.

Oh and its even worse with vue.. I don't want to have to see vue objects if I'm looking for ecosystems or plants or scenes. 

Your filing system is missed and I know I'm just one customer and your not likely to bring back the filing system but I thought you should know.

Thanks for taking the time to hear me out...  You really do have a great site and some really great artist that contribute to your page.  I miss being able to shop on this page the way I use to... where I could open my bookmarks and see just the latest V6 characters made by all the different authors.. (for example)

If you guys ever do decide to bring back the filing hierarchy, you'll at least have one more happy customer... till then, take care and thanks for making a great community page.
