Subject: poser crashes too much...Help!!

If someone could help me please...My Poser 10 crashes alot before rendering. Here is my system pref

2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

20 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB

Mac OS X Lion 10.7

I just bought 16 gb of memory to try and help out poser 10. When I load large props like streets and small cities. It is too much for my system. I get the error messages that say low memory or error while rendering. both result in poser 10 crashing.

I've tried to run with only two main lighting and I've been working with auto render settings both seem to help. but with larger props like big houses and small cities it still end up crashing.

Anyone have any advice on how to limit the crashes? Thanks

Poser 10 is a 32 bit application and can not address more than 4 Gig(not sure how MAC different from windows on overhead)

Your best bet it to try render in seperate process

what poser program would be the best? And how do you render in a seperate process?

PP2014 is 64 bit and will use all available memory

To use render in seperate process

Select edit>general preferences>render and click on seperate process

Are you using the latest SR4?  My Pro 2014 build is 10.0.4.27796 and it seems to be crashing a lot on me now, AMD R9 280 with latest drivers.  I have SLI, but disable in Poser because SLI runs slower.  :(
