Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 08 10:28 pm)
Have you tried going through your order history and searching 'fix' or 'shoulder'? If you ordered it from here it should still be in your order history even if the product isn't available in the marketplace.
Hello,
A shoulder fix is available at:
http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/perfect-shoulders-v4---automatic-fix/92492/
Never see a fix for M4 shoulder.

Have you considered using V4WM (Weight Map) which is available for free at RuntimeDNA you may find you do not need the fixes anymore. If you do try it also get the Poser Place outfitter that helps clothes fitment with V4WM
I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 - Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU . The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
JoePublic did a weight mapped M4 LOD that you should be able to transfer the rig and JCMs to M4 with PP2014...

The Wisdom of bagginsbill:
"Oh - the manual says that? I have never read the manual - this must be why."Although not stated in this thread I believe from another thread that the OP is using Poser 2012 which I believe limits the options when it comes to Weight Mapping. It is not an issue for V4WM but could have an impact on the other figures.

I use the Beautiful Bends M4 from Daz. Not cheap, when it's not on sale, and full of magnets and deformers and a billion morphs. So it's also not a small CR2. But is the best set of comprehensive fixes I've found for M4.
After that, there's Ironman13's overhaul for M4. I actually don't use it much because mostly the BB figure takes care of most of the issues (and its magnets help fit the clothes to the morphs). But it's nice to have this option.

(There's a V4 version as well)
Plus a couple of fixes that I find useful for M4
http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/i13-real-belly-m4/91180/
(There's glute squish morph set for sitting and leaning poses for M4, too. And a wider range of similar fixes for V4).
If you want to go a different route, and use the morph brush to fix joints -- but don't have a clue where to start -- this tutorial isn't a bad option. But there may also be some free tuts out there you can learn from.

And, of course, there's Xameva's Perfect series for V4, the complete set of which I think is or will be on sale shortly. (They come widely recommended, and I use them almost all the time.)
For V3 and M3, alas, nothing I know of, since Corvas's fixes aren't available. The morph brush is probably your best friend here, and really if you learn to use it, it's very cool. Frustrating as hell at first, but better as you practice. But I'd upgrade to Poser 2014, if you want a better morph brush. The improvements are incredibly useful (including a tighten and loosen fit brush that is collision sensitive -- for fixing even major pokethru in a matter of seconds).

Best technique is to fix shoulder manually.
1.) Study shoulder anatomy
2.) Study morphing techniques
3.) Get efficient
I think no off-the-shelve fix product can really stack convincingly with all the other individual morph add-ons floating around... no? Some vertices will always be off :)
Absolutely. Now that I'm getting better with the morphing brush, most things are dead easy to fix. And I've started to pay close attention to flesh collisions and so on. But I still use the complete Perfect Series for V4 (when I'm not using Genesis1/2) because it means I may only have to spend a few seconds on one thing, rather than on 30 things. :)

Hi,
I used to shop here, spent a bazillion dollars here, then a couple of years ago I logged in to discover my account had been closed - apparently, I did something to irk a moderator. This turned me off to 3D art, so I deleted all my stuff and took up a different hobby. Recently, with all the alternate render engines on the horizon, I've gotten the bug to jump back into the game, so I'm amid the arduous task of getting things up and running again. There were some products I considered essential, one of which is a V4/M4 shoulder fix sold here in the marketplace, only I do not remember what it is called or the name of the vendor who made it. I've done a marketplace search, using "shoulder", then "arm" and then "fix", but it does not come up. It was sold in three packages: one for V4, one for M4, and one for both. Anybody got an idea of what it was called?
