Being somewhat of a horder of tutorials and have an extensive array of tutorials lol. But one that I been searching for that seems to elude me is the concept of Character creation from using skin merchant resources to developing a base look then using either Poser or Daz dials to morph characters shape and looks or making morphs (I know this one could be a tutorial onto itself as well) maybe explaining what can be shared if you wish to distribute your character. Would prefer this to be written over video but would be very willing to purchase either such tutorial and knowing that we have some of the best most talented artist here at Renderosity maybe someone might want to take on this project. Would be really appreciative if this became a product

 Thanks for listening

dial settings can be distributed since it is simply a pose file .

custom morphs can be distributed by removing the face lines and using the vertex information only as an obj file

or you can do a inj pose file to use an empty channel (for the Daz figures)

merchant resources for skin textures are a base that you must alter for your character. add scars, tattoosm allter the color or add freckles etc.

there should be tutorials on the morph things since its quite an old topic.

I came across one tutorial that was how to use merchant skin resource to create your own character but even after watching it and re-watching several times I walked away with little to no understanding what was being discussed in the tutorial. I know that you have to change at least 20% of a skin resource before you can consider it for distribution. "Custom morphs can be distributed by removing the face lines and using vertex information only" Completely lost me there I do appreciate you responding to my post and thats why I thought if someone wanted to take on something like this and create a product that focused on these subjects for character creation I would be one of the first to buy it. I know there are many talented artist here and there are some great other tutorials here but this is one subject area felt there was a lack of. Will keep fingers cross that someone might decided to fill this request. Again thanks for responding markschum
