Subject: Morph transferring

Okay.. let me preface this by saying that I'm pretty good at transferring victoria 4 morphs to Gen1 and Gen2 figures.  A little knowledge of GenX is all it takes.  I've been doing this a while now and that's not my issue.

My issue is this:  I've got a ton of morphs and characters for G1 and G2 that I would like to try out on V4.  Is there a way to backwards transfer morphs like that?  If it can't be done, I'll get over it and a simple "no can do" will suffice.  If it can be done and it's been documented, perhaps a link to the tute/software would be nice.

Thanks in advance

I don't see why it would not be possible to do.  I'm sure the developers of GenX could do it, but I doubt there would be enough interest to justify the development. I know the development of GenX2 took a long time, partly because of other commitments by Dimension3D, but also because it was a lot of work. There probably are simply not enough people interested in going the other way to justify the development.

Skin textures would be an issue also. Genesis 1 and 2 support multiple UVs, but V4/M4 only support a single UV set. Many skins for Genesis 1 used V4/M4 UVs, but most skins for Genesis 2 do not. You would have to use the map transfer utility and it can be hit or miss.
