Subject: Crashing Poser Question while using multiple genesis 2 male models.

Hello,

I am having problems with poser 10 when I am creating a group scene. One or two fully outfitted genesis 2 males will render but when I had more to create a group scene poser locks up or crashes outright.  I reduced the bucket size to 8 and it does not fix the problem.  I am running on windows 8.1 with 8 gig ram.  Any suggestions?

Poser 10 is 32 bit application.  It cannot address enough of your available memory.  You have 8 gb memory, but p10 will use less than 3 gb.

Have you tried rendering in separate process?

Lowering bucket size furhter down and rendering in separate process are the only solutions.

But Genesis is very resources hungry. Good for one outfitted figure, two is like living on the edge, more is trouble in the house. (Certainly in 32 bit Poser 10.)

Thank you for the input!  I will try to render in a separate process next.
