Here's a begenners's tutorial on learning to move figures in Poser. this tutorial is for an earlier version, but that won't matter to your results! ;)

Here is a simple Key frame animation tutorial.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-Zz0WbHcbQ From the quick look I took at the link, I think you would only need 2 Key frames.. the first and last..
Good Luck!

poser default scene is android; default anim is 30 frames. make sure camera and lites are non-animating.
replace android with P2hi casual male or P4hi casual male (frame 1)
copy pose to pose dots
go to frame 15
pose right side of figure as desired
apply symmetry: right to left
change 30 in frame number to 31
go to frame 31
apply pose dot to figure to restore
run animation (loop) after deselecting "skip frames"
if animation o.k., render to series of images, either in preview or firefly renderer.
combine imgs 1 to 30 in video editor to produce movie loop.

Hi!
I am extremely (extremely) new to the 3D software world. I am hoping to replicate these simple animations for a psychology study.

(See Experiment 1). How do I make the characters move like that and how do I save each individual one?
Thank you SO very much in advance.
