Subject: 062715B18P22 coupon supposed to work with clearance items but does not.

** However the clearance items state that a coupon will not work with them. **

** What is the correct situation on this?**

Can you please write to store@renderosity.com so we can assist you further?

In your email, please be sure to let us know which products you are trying to use the coupon on so we can test it as we had not heard of any problems before this and hundreds of members have used it so far.

Apparently you failed to fix this as the coupon still will not work with clearance items as advertised.  It would be nice to have it fixed before it expires.

@Bedbug1- I did not see your email until this morning as our office closes at 5pm CDT and you sent it at 7:45pm. I have forwarded your email to the Marketplace Manager and am waiting for her response.

Kristi, you are with the Rendo admin.... why didn't you simply forward my problem to the appropriate people? I am going to miss the sale and lose the use of the coupon. 

And obviously, another person had a problem with it.

Bendinggrass, did you send an email in? I am not 100% sure what you are referring to as if you did send an email in then more than likely I did forward it on.

Kristi, I do appreciate your effort. But the time frame for the use of this coupon has passed now. So I cannot use it on the clearance items or anything else.
