MMD Model importer for Daz Studio!  wow...  tried it on a model, and it worked!  Rigging was not perfect, but there was rigging as well.  Needs the latest Daz Studio 4.8 and make sure to download the C++ runtime mentioned on the blog.  Then it worked for me.

I think the Blogs owner is named Yuki (?)....I saw it via Tofusan's Pixiv

Careful of Ayana Doll. Don't be fooled by the topography. Retopography is easy these days. Also don't be fooled by the rigging. It's not as difficult as you might think to change how a character is sliced. Take a good long look at Terai Yuki 2 and closely compare her with Ayana Doll...especially her head.   I think you'll find that this is not the original character the creator claims it is...

Not sure it would give you a lot of insight, since (I'm pretty sure) the figure has been run through the retopology function of a program such as 3DCoat, Silo, or ZBrush. This means there won't be a "one to one" match of polygons. Still, there are some clues in the mesh itself if you know where to look for them...loops that match, contours that match, etc. I'm on the road for the next week and don't have access to Poser on my laptop. If you can wait till the middle of next week, I can show you what you want.

BTW: I emailed Smith Micro about this and they said they really don't care about it as the Terai Yuki figure doesn't belong to them, it belongs to E-Frontier. On the other hand, E-Frontier no longer seems to want to have anything to do with the Western World...so I suppose someone from Japan will have to bring this up to them...

I do have these wireframes of right hands I rendered earlier. As you can see, the polygons don't match. However, if you know what to look for, there are several very telling edge loops that DO match as well as the overall contours of both hands.

But it doesn't include all his stuff does it? It took me a long time and two browsers (FireFox had a problem downloading a few of them so had to use Safari) but I got them all and there were a few nice ones. Oops I am sorry. I think the other stuff was by MNE! What happens when talentless Poser users get into a feeding frenzy. We loose sight of things! :(
