Subject: Logged in but Store not showing my purchases as purchased

I've cleared cache, logged out, and logged back in. But the store is not showing any indication of my purchases. Not the Green Cart button under the thumbnail nor the 'Purchased' one on the product pages.

This is dreadful...what's up?

Hmmm, I am using Chrome and when I logged in as you, I saw all your orders as well as all items when I searched by "item list".

Can you please clear your cookies and cache, log out and then log in again and see if that works for you?

Also, what browser are you using?

I see my items and orders too. That's not it. It's the indication on the store page and the product page that I've already purchased a product which is missing. I've already cleared, logged out, and logged in. No difference. That's in my first post.

I use Firefox 29.0 on win 7.

We have to turn the flags off for Grab bag promotions so people can buy a product and add the "grab bag product" to there cart on more than one order.

I have this problem as well.  I don't understand what you just said, Kristi.  Can you elaborate?  Is it a bug while grab bag is in the store?  Is it a bug when we have grab bag in our cart?  What is it?

It is not a bug, we have to turn off the duplication flag during the grab bag sale so multiple grab bags can be placed.

The flag will be turned back on tomorrow after the event if over.
