Subject: Since website change, can't download my purchase.

Does not show up as purchased. It has been several hours. I've never had this problem in the 16 years I've been here. Maybe I need to wait until tomorrow, but I'm not optimistic. I seem to be logged in. This is less apparent than it was before.

Talos.. are you still not seeing your purchases? Is it simply a blank page or does it give an error?

It's been an hour since I placed my order, and all my items say "Download pending" even though my payment has cleared. What's going on?

Talos ( ) posted Mon, 17 August 2015 at 10:04 PM

Yes, I am seeing all my purchases and my name and I checked with Pay Pal to make sure it went through with them. It's like Wolandephanius says.

Please check back tomorrow. If it still happens, please let us know! We're so sorry for the inconvenience.

What it looks like is revamping the whole website broke the connection to Paypal. It says Paypal 0 here, and at their site it's paid.
It would be interesting to see what switching to a credit card would do, but I can't do that right now.

Regarding your purchase.. please email store@renderosity.com with your order number. They should be able to get that download active for you! :)

This is a new pain, not a welcome one though. I am experiencing the same problem that everyone in this thread has reported. I will follow the instructions in the last post from KimberlyC.

Now what about the file locker links? I am getting a HTTP 500 (Access Denied) when I try to access my images. I have links to editorial pages that no longer work. Any chance that can be looked into as well?

Syltermermaid ( ) posted Wed, 19 August 2015 at 11:39 AM

I did that yesterday. I e-mail the store@ renderosity plus I send a screenshot from the mail from Paypal that it is paid, still it needed hours and the help from the vendor to get my stuff downloaded. Thanks God we have nice vendors. As I got after around 10 hours a mail that the downloads now open in the message was not one word of excuse. I wouldn't do that to my customers!

I'm sorry to hear you guys are having problems with downloads! I have alerted store staff to this thread.

Hello all,

We were having quite a bit of problems with Paypal telling our servers that orders have been paid for so our servers did not mark them "paid" because it didn't know they were paid for.

We have corrected this issue so as of this morning, this should no longer be happening with new orders.
If it does, please send an email to store@renderosity.com so I can verify payment and manually mark it as paid.

Thank you,
Kristi
