I have now had this problem with two orders. The first one I had to e-mail Customer Support to get it cleared. The second order is still shown as Unpaid after almost an hour after PayPal issued the payment confirmation e-mail. Something is definitely broken here and it's broken badly. Whether it's the new site or PayPal is open to debate but, given that the problems appeared within seconds of the new site layout following a period of intermittent Site Maintenance Outages, I know what seems the most likely.

I Purchased something right before they closed the site down for maintenance and it went through quickly, so I'm guessing it's the maintenance.,me specially since it seems like several of us have had this problem since the site came back online.
A friend was not even able to go through with an order because she kept getting an "error" message ( this was right after the purchase that I am having problems with) . Not to mention the whole site is taking longer to load pages than usual.
Well, six hours on, I still have my order showing as unpaid and I am not a happy customer. Still also waiting for a Customer Service response. This is the trouble when companies keep mucking about with their web sites; they are such sprawling, complex, things that they are almost impossible to properly debug so it gets left to the customer to do the testing.
I just purchased an item through paypal, and a search brought me to this thread. My payment went through and I received a payment confirmation from Renderosity. However, when I go to download, it says "download pending". I have emailed customer service and I will update this post when/if the issue is resolved.

I remember I had this problem on my very first purchase (later I read that it's normal for there to be a delay on your first PayPal purchase) and then it never happened again until now. So yeah, safe to say it's due to the changes in the website. Wonder if it's still happening today or if they worked it out.
Well, as of today, I just placed an order (112762344), paid for it through PayPal, got confirmation from PayPal that the payment had been sent, checked my PayPal account and it shows the payment as having been made ... but still unpaid on Renderosity. Even WORSE - I just received an e-mail telling me my order would be cancelled unless I paid for it "soon"! I don't call this "fixed".
I do not want to risk using credit cards here, so it's PayPal or nothing. Looks like it's going to be nothing.

hello! Just placed an order but even though I got a receipt from PayPal saying it went through it's still showing as "unpaid" and I am unable to download. I noticed this happened to someone else too, so I'm assuming it's due to the maintenance you did yesterday.
Could you let me know if that's the problem? Thank you!
