Subject: How do I apply a label to a Bottle in Poser?

Hello My Artistic Friends, Have a little Materials room problem. I have this bottle and I need to apply a Label to it and the bottle does have a separate label I can select in the materials room so I can apply a texture to it but I can not figure out how to apply the picture of the label to it without it having weird results. It tiles itself or something weird happens. I can not figure out how to get the picture to just lay flat on it. I have been experimenting with unsuccessful results. Is there a tutorial for this or can someone tell me how to make the changes I need to make it just lay flat, I played around with the UV settings in the advance section But I can not figure out what to do. Any Help and I will name my first born after you or give you my first born, which ever you prefer. Thanks

Try the Mask Tutorial here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/tutorial/?tutorial_id=518 It should do the trick for you. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I would go with the second link Decal tutorial if the bottle is properly UV'ed and if the Material Room setup is kept simple. There is another level of complexity if you are using real glass shaders on the bottle and want to include the label.

Thank you all for your help. I think I can do it now with the help of these tutorials. I think hborre is right. The second one will be easer for me but I will learn from both tutorials. This is the Bottles I am using. Purchased them here at Rendo. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/?ViewProduct=28187 and This one too. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/alcohol-bottles/26284/ I purchased both of them a while back. If you have any more advice for me. I welcome it. Thank you all very much and Happy Renders
