I tried to apply coupon 2015aLl314P5 (14% off on next purchase of $5 or more) to my purchase, but was not given the discount. Can someone help me, please?

Did your cart contain Prime, clearance, gift certificates, bundles or any other items the coupon is not valid for? What items did you try to use it on?

Hello,

I just tested out the coupon and it seemed to be working as it should be.

Can you please be sure to enter the code in the "coupon" box with no leading or trailing spaces and hit the "apply" button to be sure it applies to your order correctly.

It is still not working, even if I try a different browser.

That product is not eligible for coupons. See that yellow tag next to the price? Means the vendor have opted out of that coupon

Hi,

lilflame does not participate in all coupons. If you would like this coupon to apply you should contact the vendor.

Sorry nakamuram, I was testing it out with a different product in which that vendor does participate in all coupons which is why it was working for me...I just wanted to let you know 🙂
