when I go to the purchases to download item, nothing is showing up.

Also when I go to my Account, I'm only seeing 3 orders and I have 4 emails for 4 purchases. Plus, when I search via old to new purchases so I can click on the new to old, I still only get 3 showing up. I click on old to new again and scroll through ALL my purchases to the very end and now I'm only seeing 2 purchases for todays date.

11 hours in and do we know where market place support is? Nope. This is what I get when I click on the invoice of my item. I can find what I bought in my Items list via artist...but I have no clue what the grab bag item is. rosity prob.jpg

Hello,

Our apologies, it appears the system had a glitch when trying to assign your random free product on one of the orders. I will need to get one of our tech guys to look into this, but in the mean time if you would please select a free item from the Grab Bag list (https://www.renderosity.com/grab-bag-goodies--cms-17966) and email store@renderosity.com with your selection, we can get your gift taken care of for you.

Hello Nosiferret,

I apologize for the delay in getting this straightened out. Our tech guys are out of town and unavailable today, so I ended up having to delete the messed up order and re-purchase that item for you, which then fixed your order history and gave you free grab bag gift with purchase. You likely received an ebot or two about it. Please let us know if we can be further assistance and thank you for your patience while we worked to get it resolved.
