I go the email telling me this was on so I did the spin. It said I had won a copy of Poser 10, but when I put the item in my cart and then try to apply the coupon code nothing happens.

After spending ages trying to get the voucher code to apply (yes I did check each item had the green coupon icon), I found that the coupon would only apply if the individual items were over $10. The voucher says the discount is off your next purchase of over $10, which implies that your total should be over $10. Waste of time in my case, left with empty basket.

Please label your vouchers better in the future.

I won a Spin 40 discount. I applied it to a $11.00 item and it did not work. What a complete waste of time.

There is nothing on any page that I can see that tells me that I have to have any other item in the cart apart from the Poser 10

To anyone having issues with the coupon, please be sure the items in your cart meet the $10 additional purchase AND that they are NOT on sale, and they are NOT prime items. Sale and Prime items are also excluded from these coupons. If your cart has non-sale and non-prime items and the order is over $10 the coupon should work fine for you.

If it does not, please send an email to store@renderosity.com with the product ID's of the items you have in your cart and we will look into this further for you.

There was an issue found with the Poser 10 coupon and that has been corrected.

Now I understand why it is not working With the 45 coupon Cause I have sales Items in cart. At the Spin site Theresa was noch Info original descripti on that this is excludet. So I will empty Some Parts oft of cart

I had the spin45. I had over $40 in my basket, only one of which was prime. All had green tags. Would not take coupon. Deleted everything from basket. How is having a coupon that require such trial and error to see what qualifies and what doesn't, how is this a benefit? I have really been trying and hoping that this site will improve. This coupon fiasco just drove me away for another couple months.
