While I can understand that you don't want PRIME members taking another 50% off an item's PRIME price, why can't a person who is NOT A PRIME MEMBER use the 50% off coupon on the normal/full price of a PRIME item? Exp: Nuala for Gen3 is a PRIME item. It's regular price is $12.50. Why wouldn't the STORE accept the Cyber Monday coupon and apply it to the $12.50 FULL price? Is this a STORE bug or a penalty for not being a PRIME member? Thanks for your reply!

The coupon is for a minimum $25 order and will not apply to Prime items, Prime Flash, Clearance, Software, or for products of vendors who do not participate in coupons. The regular priced items have to add up to $25.00, or the coupon will not apply.

Please make be sure you are entering them in the “coupon box” (and not the gift certificate box) before clicking the “apply” button.

I have tried four or five times to purchase the items in my cart using the Cyber50 discount. It says it is submitting but it never completes and takes me back to my cart with all the items still there. I do not appreciated this type of service and I see that I will lose the discount. Not very happy!!!

I found the problem....my sister apparently moved my cookies up to High and did not tell me. I retried my purchase and it went through. Sorry for getting so upset....all is well.

what a generous coupon... I TRIED to use it...but with this store being SO "DAZ products HEAVY" I, as a dedicated poser user who can't even handle that DSON @#$& I just gave up and went home, not even meeting my Render Rewards this month... it's getting worse and worse...very depressing to check What's New here for a long while now...sigh.

Thank you for your response. However, you did not answer the question I asked. Rather than type the whole question again, could you please re-read my original post. The coupon worked fine for EVERYTHING but the PRIME item in my cart. My point is: I'm NOT A PRIME MEMBER, which means I have to pay full price for "Nuala." Why can't non-prime CUSTOMERS use coupons for PRIME items (Regular price minus coupon discount)??? Again, is this some form of punishment for not being a PRIME member?
