To download your products, please login to Renderosity, go to 'My Account' under your Avatar or username in the top, right hand side of the page.
Click on your order number in which you will then see the name of each product and the zip files pertaining to them under the title of each one. You must click on each zip file to download them: (here is the link provided for your convenience: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/account.php

Dear Rero-Team, I have a problem - I made a purchase few minutes ago and can not download my order. I have only the payment but not the order confirmation via e-mail and no downloads are activated nor is there any zip beyond my order number. How can i get it? Sorry, I sent you an email but please disregard it.
Can you please tell me what product you were trying to purchase as this order is empty however you got charged.
I do not see a payment method either, can you tell me how you were trying to pay and if you got charged? Also, did you get any type of error message?

There you go, somehow it was still in your cart and yet you were charged for it and it was processed.
I checked out as you and chose to pay with paypal, I then pulled the new order I created up which is 112818205 and manually marked it as paid.
I deleted the empty order from your account as well.
