I am sorry as I did not get your email.
To pay for your order:
Please log into your paypal account and choose the SEND MONEY option.
Send the amount due to payments@renderosity.com . Be sure to include your Renderosity order ID number and/or your Renderosity username so we are sure to apply payment to the correct order/customer.
Once you have completed the payment through paypal, send an email to store@renderosity.com letting us know your payment has been sent and we will go verify receipt of payment and manually mark your order as paid so that you can download your items.

Once you have sent your payment, please let us know so we can be sure your order gets marked as paid.

Hi, I did the payment to paypal within half an hour of your post and sent a mail to you at store@renderosity.com detailing the payment. However to date I have had no reply to my mail and my order is still pending payment so I am wondering if this mail has also gone astray. None of my mails are being returned as undelivered but I will send the mail again

I have sent numerous mails yesterday to you at store@renderosity.com yesterday regarding order #112835236 but to date none have been answered. When placing the order I never got transferred to paypal to carry out payment. Please advise how I can proceed with payment for this order. Thanks for your assistance
