Is it possibe to get store credit or a GC for the difference between me taking the upgrade route to get Blacksmith3D 6 Pro versus buying 6 Pro outright. I purchase 5 standard to 6 standard update (order 112864636) then 6 standard to 6 pro (order 112864638) for a total cost of $119.92 versus $104.97 (due to it being on sale currently). Difference of $14.95

That current sale price is a Prime Member price. So would not be that difference for you when purchasing those upgrades. Product are placed on sale at different times, and there are those "special deals" for prime members as well that make that a good deal for buyers. I hope this helps explain the difference for you.

At the time I posted, it was not just prime. It was 50% off that ended 2 days after I posted on the 13th. Included is screenshot.

The Pro-6 was on sale at the time of your purchase, so you could have bought it at the $104.99 at the time you upgraded. We can exchange the two upgrades you bought for the Pro-6, and then you would have the In-store credit. But, please note that right now you have a license for both the standard 6 and the Pro-6 and if exchanged for the credit those two licenses would be turned off for a new PRO-6 only license. That's probably the best way to go, if you have no use for both a standard and pro license. If you'd like to keep both (maybe gift the standard to someone?), then we'd be happy to gift you one of our Texture Transformer add-on packs. If you decide to gift the standard license to someone, please let us know who that is so that we can update our registration database properly to the new licensee

I only took the upgrade path because I had the 5 to 6 standard in my cart waiting for payday, and decided on upgrading to pro after seeing I could afford the upgrade with them being on sale also. Didn't see that pro 6 was on sale till I had already taken the upgrade route or would have just purchased Pro full to begin with. I guess that is one of the hazards of doing your online shopping at 1 a.m. + in the morning. Lol.

I will see if anyone I know using poser would be interested in standard as a gift and get back to you if that is alright.
