yoo, does anyone have the dacort undine mermaid tail? because its not available on renderosity or Dacort's site, so does anyone mind providing a copy?

have you tried contacting them at their website? When you click the download link it goes to one of their two pages, just manually remove the /3d/ part and go to the home page and you can see their new page that way.

i tried exactly that, and the dacort was shocked that people remembered his old stuff, told me he might not have it in his archive, and wished me luck in finding anything

Got a link to his website? I went to dacort.com, but it's mainly a gallery and shop of his cat-themed prints and other artwork, with no Poser content. I have his morphing banner still and it's a great prop, one of my favorites!

I checked the Wayback Machine and it appears that the bot that crawled his site during those times did not catch the downloads. The text and everything is there but the files are gone. I couldn't get to anything on an old 3-DArena page either. Looks like ya might be SOL. Sorry.

There's always the chance that someone will have the files and email them to you. I lucked out earlier this week with a certain Pose-Cola soda can prop I had been looking for forever, and a R'osity member came across my post and said he has the files. I was over the moon overjoyed and now have the soda can and textures safely tucked away in my runtime! So yeah, you just might have some luck coming your way too. Keep your fingers and toes crossed!

Skee, why don't you go ahead and get his permission to distribute the files? Maybe with his blessing you can upload them to the Freestuff section. As they so often say, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained!" Never hurts to ask, ya know?

I have been here from the beginning of poser and I still don't know how to put something on the free stuff page. I'm old. I would be glad to send them to someone who knows how . once I get permission. I will try to contact dacort.
